“A few years ago my uncle passed away in Florida, leaving my frail aunt alone in Florida. They had no children to help. As the closest nephew (in South Carolina) I hired Amy Van Fossen’s office to help me and my aunt put together a Trust and Medical Consent papers. Because she did not want to leave her home state, I needed to find a way that I could have her looked after.
